How much is shipping/postage?

Shipping is FREE for Subscriptions. Exclusions apply for some regional and remote areas, based on postcode, where a $14.95 postage charge applies.

For ‘one-time purchases’ shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 a single pack of nappies, and then increases slightly per item.

When will my order be posted?

Orders are posted every morning, except for weekends.

How will I know when my order has been posted?

You’ll receive tracking details from Australia Post as soon as your nappies are on their way.

What is your returns/refund policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you and your little koala are not COMPLETELY happy with the nappies you purchased, we’ll either refund every cent you’ve paid or send you a different size – which ever option you prefer.

 

(We'll even send you a Return Shipping Label, so you’re not out of pocket for any postage).

Which postcodes are excluded from Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping to most Australian postcodes on all Subscriptions.

Due to rising shipping costs some rural and regional postcodes will incur a $14.95 shipping fee on subscription Boxes.
